Description

CJC-1295 is basically a GNHRH, minus 15 amino compoundss. Hence, CJC-1295 has a total of 29 amino compoundss bound to DAC (Drug Affinity Complex). Its additional DAC actually helps in lengthening its lifespan. Therefore, one may say that CJC-1295 with DAC is a GHRH with a lengthened lifespan.

As mentioned above, CJC-1295 with DAC is an injectable peptide that helps in increasing the production of growth hormones. It is able to do so through acting as a GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) analog or mimetic. Simply put it, it functions similarly with GHRH. Hence, you may refer to it as GHRH.

Aside from increasing the levels of growth hormones, CJC 1295 with DAC also aides in increasing the release of IGF-1 levels. Increasing both IGF-1 and growth hormones levels are very useful in promoting fat loss as well as muscle gain. Note however that since this peptide is categorized under the GHRH family, it now acts as a GH alternative; hence, it is not advisable for you to combine your CJC 1295 w/ DAC to other synthetic growth hormones.

There are other GHRH products available – some of which are better than CJC-1295 with DAC (e.g. Mod GRF 1-29). The only difference between these products is the length of the mechanism of action. Mod GRF 1-29 for instance has a short-term effects allowing better dosing while CJC-1295 on the other hand has prolonged action duration preventing such dosage timing.

You must not confuse CJC 1295 with DAC to CJC 1295 w/o DAC. CJC 1295 without DAC is actually a Modified GRF. Hence, you must know that when a peptide does not contain any DAC, it is not CJC 1295. Although CJC 1295 is marked as CJC 1295 with DAC, it is simply CJC 1295.

As a long acting GHRH, CJC 1295 with DAC prompts the anterior pituitary gland to produce more growth hormones. GHRG is then released into the body which alternates with the corresponding production of growth hormone inhibiting hormone or somatostatin. It is then able to decrease visceral fat deposits through increasing fat loss or the process known as lipolysis. It is thought that the release of ghrelin from the intestines works synergistically with GHRH thereby suppressing somatostatin production to make way for increased GHRH pulse. Moreover, it has been shown that CJC-1295 with DAC, alongside GHRO-6 helps in increasing both the release of IGF-1 and GH production. The DAC portion also increases CJC-1295’s half-life by protecting the peptide from most type of degradation whilst binding with serum albumin.
